My dissertation at university was about the effects of self-hypnosis on performance enhancement and so it was a natural choice to train as a hypnotherapist. I went on to do this at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, where I obtained my Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Subsequently, I obtained a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and continue to update my professional knowledge and skills on a regular basis.

I currently see clients in two locations: Daventry and Northampton.
